42 years
This week I celebrated my 42nd birthday.
Rather than partying and getting high in celebration, I decided to invite a small group of friends over, for an intimate hang and connection. In this loving container, I shared where I’m at in my life, and which areas I’d like to improve and receive support from my inner circle. It felt liberating to be honest and allow myself to be seen in vulnerability. I feel my life shifting towards a more grounded and intentional lifestyle, but it doesn’t happen overnight, and it doesn’t happen alone. I’m grateful to have this platform to share more openly with all of you.
